April 2015 Sesquicentennial Commemoration

More than 31,000 visitors came to Appomattox, Virginia in April 2015 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the end of the Civil War. They enjoyed special programs, activities and events at Appomattox Court House National Historical Park and throughout the area.
